Dr. Reshmina William

Dr. Reshmina William is a highly experienced professional in the fields of civil engineering and water resources management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Isle Utilities since July 2023. With prior roles including AAAS Science Technology and Policy Fellow, Dr. William managed strategic research for the Department of Energy’s National Alliance for Water Innovation and contributed to significant funding proposal evaluations. A Design Engineer at TERRA Engineering, Dr. William developed analytical frameworks for green stormwater infrastructure and managed research teams.
