David Yano

David Yano is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and software development. Currently serving as the Manager of ITSM Processes at ISM Canada since February 2017, David oversees the strategy, design, transition, and operation of service management processes across various business lines. Prior to this role, David held significant positions at Farm Credit Canada, including Configuration Manager and Test Environment Analyst, contributing to service transition, operational processes, and test environment development. David's career also includes impactful roles as a Business Systems Consultant at Yano Enterprises and an Applications Analyst at ISM Canada, where David led various software solution projects and mentored peers. David earned a Diploma in Data Processing from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Arts.
