Marie Doherty

Marie Doherty has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture for BC Operations at ISM since January 2005. Prior to this role, Marie worked with the BC Provincial Government for nearly 14 years in various capacities, including Human Resources Consultant and Coordinator for Excluded Severance Negotiations. Initial experience includes a position as an Instructor in Office Administration at Camosun College for a brief period in 1994. Academically, Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Psychology/Sociology from the University of Victoria and an Office Administration Certificate from Camosun College.
