Rick Bercovici

Rick Bercovici currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience and previously held the title of Director of Strategic Network Initiatives at ISM since September 2020. With extensive experience at IBM, Bercovici has been involved in various roles including Cisco Business Development Executive, where responsibilities included managing the Canadian Cisco Maintenance Business and enhancing service offerings to boost revenue. Bercovici also served as National Sales Manager for Technical Support Services in Canada, and held multiple positions at IBM Canada Ltd, including Offering Development Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Scotiabank, with a focus on project management and data center initiatives. Bercovici's education includes studies at Ryerson University from 1980 to 1982.
