Léonce Ngalla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Walgreens as an Assistant Store Manager, where they supervised store associates and pharmacy technicians, improved sales and profitability, managed inventory, and resolved customer complaints. After five years at Walgreens, Ngalla joined ISN as a Bilingual Associate in customer service. They then progressed to roles as a Bilingual Senior Associate in Eastern Canada and in the Paper & Packaging industry, and ultimately became a Bilingual Account Representative for large accounts in the Americas. In this role, Ngalla managed high-profile Canadian accounts, contributed to business expansion in Latin Canada, and oversaw multiple projects. Their most recent role at ISN is as an Advanced Business Analyst.

Léonce Ngalla, CSM, CSPO has a diverse educational background. In 2020 to 2021, they attended DeVry University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Project Management. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at The University of Texas at Arlington. Léonce also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarrant County College.

In addition to their formal education, Léonce Ngalla has obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2022, and the Certified Scrum Master® (CSM®) certification, which they obtained in May 2021.
