Shelly Toland

Shelly Toland has extensive experience in customer service and public relations, currently serving as Group Supervisor at ISN since January 2014, where previous roles included Senior Customer Service Supervisor, New Hire Trainer, and Account Representative for the Midstream & Pipelines Team. Prior to joining ISN, Shelly held an Account Associate position at Faulkner-Dunne & Associates Public Relations, managing accounts for clients such as the Parkland Hospital Foundation and Duracell Battery. Shelly also completed a Summer Fellowship at Ketchum, contributing to media outreach and account visibility, and gained public relations experience through an internship at Faulkner-Dunne & Associates. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas.
