Sophie Baxter

Sophie Baxter is a seasoned professional with experience in business development and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at ISN since September 2021, Sophie previously held the position of Business Development Associate. Prior to ISN, Sophie contributed to Nick's Steakhouse & Pizza for seven years, where roles included Front of House Management, Server, Bartender, and Hostess, with responsibilities such as programming and maintaining the Lightspeed Point of Sale System. Additional experience includes a role as Business Development Lead at Goodpin and an Electronics Summer Student position at Blackline Safety. Sophie holds a Master of Management in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development, both from the University of Calgary.
