Damon Sanchez

Damon Sanchez is an Associate Director of Experience Strategy at Isobar Public Sector, specializing in human-centered design with over 18 years of experience serving both global private and public sector clients. Damon has a proven track record in brand execution and the implementation of user and customer experience strategies across various digital channels. Previous roles include User Experience Architect & Capability Lead at Concurrency, Inc., where Damon was instrumental in advancing the Human-Centered Design practice, and Creative Lead at Crescendo Collective, overseeing creative teams for prominent consumer brands. Damon has also held positions as a Senior Developer at Thirsty Boy and Bader Rutter & Associates, and as a Senior Interactive Director at Charleston|Orwig. Educational achievements include a PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s in Psychology of Human Factors, and a BFA in Illustration from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
