Adonis Ezzeddine

Adonis Ezzeddine has a diverse range of work experience in various technical roles. Adonis started their career in 2018 as a Communications System Engineer at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), where they assisted with maintenance activities and performed monitoring tasks for different systems. In 2020, they joined Moobifun as a Technical Support Engineer, where they successfully resolved customer issues and developed creative solutions. As a Computer Customer Support Specialist at a freelance, self-employed position since 2015, Adonis handled complaints, executed configurations for networks, and installed TCP/IP networks. Most recently, in 2021, they joined iSolutions as a Deployment Engineer, closely working with product development and program management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing expert setup and proof-of-concepts for Google Workspace products.

Adonis Ezzeddine completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the American University of Science and Technology between 2015 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. These include certifications such as Professional Google Workspace Administrator from Google Cloud in June 2023, DevOps Engineer Training Program from Simplilearn in March 2023, Docker Certified Associate from Simplilearn in February 2023, and Configuration Management Ansible and Terraform from Simplilearn in January 2023. Adonis has also completed certifications like DevOps Basics from Simplilearn in December 2022, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022, and Google Cloud Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks from Google Cloud - Minnesota in April 2022. Additionally, Adonis has earned certifications in Google Cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Create and Manage Cloud Resources and Google Workspace for IT Administrators from Google Cloud - Minnesota in November 2021. Furthermore, they have completed various certifications from LinkedIn, including Learning SQL Programming in October 2021, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers in September 2021, and Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in March 2021.
