Rhondi Evelyn-Stowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Client Success Officer at iSON Xperiences since March 2025, Rhondi has established a global Client Success function focused on client satisfaction and strategic growth. Previous roles include Senior Director of Client Services at Fusion CX, Founder and COO of Momentum Global Ltd., and Director of Customer Success Operations at Shutterfly, Inc., where oversight of large, diverse teams and achievement of budget targets were key responsibilities. With a strong background in project management and business analysis from companies like Comcast and TeleTech, Rhondi created impactful strategies and operational efficiencies throughout a career dedicated to enhancing client experiences. Rhondi holds an Honors BA in Sociology from Laurentian University.
