Brad Jensen has a solid work experience starting from 1996 when they worked as a Software Sales at MarketStar. Brad then joined Sirius Computer Solutions in 1998 and specialized in software and services-based business solutions. During their time there, they started the IBM Software program and Specialist team, helped grow IBM Software revenues significantly, and managed partner channels for services subcontractors. In 2004, Brad became President at Spread Trade Systems, where they focused on options and spread trading education. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as President and COO at Griffin Hill, helping clients improve their sales process and revenue. Brad then founded Brandline in 2014, where they served as Founder and Brand Architect, helping clients with brand experience and customer value. In 2017, they joined Motivosity as a Consultant and eventually became the VP of Sales and Client Success. Currently, Brad is the EVP of Sales at IsoTalent, a technology-enabled recruiting service that offers cost-saving solutions for businesses and better customer alignment.

Brad Jensen has a background in engineering and business. Brad attended Brigham Young University, where they studied Manufacturing Engineering. After that, they enrolled at Weber State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis in Technical Sales.
