Carolyn Young has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as a Broadcasting Instructor at Isothermal Community College since August 2004, where responsibilities include teaching hands-on classes in "live" TV news. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions such as Commercial Production Manager at WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh from August 1999 to July 2004, and Creative Services Producer at WTOV-TV for a brief period in 1999. Carolyn's earlier experience includes roles as Editor at Production Masters Inc., Promotions Editor at WPXI-TV, and Creative Director at WGGB-TV. Additional roles included Newscast Director at WTOV TV and Commercial Editor/News Production at WHIZ-TV. Carolyn Young earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Muskingum University between 1984 and 1988.
