Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda Johnson has extensive experience in product management and financial oversight, currently serving as the Product Director for licensing, private label, and Manzella brands at Totes Isotoner since April 1987. In this role, responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, along with inventory control and oversight of product procurement with overseas factories. Prior to this, Rhonda held positions as Category Director at Totes Isotoner, managing the Private Label and Licensing Division, and served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Operations at Northern Cap Mfg, also a division of Totes Isotoner. Rhonda’s career began at Northern Cap in March 1996 as Controller.
