Lucía Díaz Gómez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Lucía currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Isotrol, leading a team of specialists and implementing KPIs to enhance the recruiting process. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition & Mobility Partner at Publicis Groupe, where they contributed to the growth of the business through creative agencies and media platforms. Lucía also worked as a Recruitment Manager EMEA at Solera, Inc., a global leader in data and software services. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at ITURRI, Talent Acquisition Partner at Nokia, Recruitment Specialist at Virgin Media, and Patient Services Coordinator at Alliance Healthcare. Lucía Díaz Gómez began their career as an AuPair at Rainbow Au Pairs and also gained experience as an Assistant Administrator at CEOE TENERIFE.

Lucía Díaz Gómez began their education in 2004 at the Universidad de La Laguna, where they pursued a Licenciatura in Administration and Business Management. Lucía completed this program in 2010. In 2008, they attended the Universidad de Sevilla for a year, studying Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2011, Lucía enrolled in the Centro Internacional Politécnico Tenerife and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. As for certifications, Lucía attained The Robot-Proof Recruiter Mastermind - Level 1 from The Searchologist in June 2021.
