María Fernández Mendoza

María Fernández Mendoza has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. María started their career in 2008 at Isotrol as a Recruiter Manager of IT & engineering Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for new positions. In 2021, they transitioned into the role of HRBP: Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices. María also served as the HR Transformation leader, supporting the transition towards a new SaaS products model. Additionally, María worked at Grupo Konecta in 2009 as a Técnico de Selección, where they were involved in the recruitment process and updating databases. María also gained experience in talent acquisition as a Técnico de Recursos Humanos at Cobre Las Cruces, where they handled the selection of technical, engineering, and generalist personnel. Maria Fernandez Mendoza completed their education history with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Instituto de Estudios Juridicos Empresariales Cajasol in 2008. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Sevilla in the years 2001 to 2006.
