Scott Roberts

Director, Engineering at ISOutsource

Scott Roberts is the current Director of Engineering at ISOutsource. Prior to their current position, Scott was an Information Technology Analyst II at Aerojet Rocketdyne from March 2010 to June 2014. While at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Scott led the enterprise-wide deployment of Windows 7 to 5000 computers by creating a Microsoft MDT 2012 deployment share with production task sequences used to image new hardware. This was then replicated to 8 sites throughout the enterprise using Windows Server DFSR. Scott also configured PXE boot on all deployment servers to serve up the lite touch images so that techs could easily start the deployment process. In addition, they deployed and administered Microsoft Office 365 for a 10-user international subsidiary located in Northern Ireland.

Scott has also been responsible for consolidating and managing site datacenters. Scott has reduced physical server footprints and server rack counts at various locations, and has also managed VMware clusters. In addition, they have administered Group Policy to 5000 computers in the Enterprise and has worked with the Enterprise Help Desk to ensure they meet their SLAs. Currently, Scott is retiring legacy Cincom ERP servers following an Enterprise Oracle ERP implementation.

Scott Roberts has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts from Everett Community College.

Scott Roberts reports to Naveen Rajkumar, President & CEO. Scott Roberts works with Pete Greenup - Director of Product Management, Erik Lanhaus - Managing Consultant, and Kevin Watkins - Managing Consultant. Some individuals on their team include Wesley Farris - Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, Michael Parsons - Rapid Response Engineer, and Jon Mcfarland - Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Specialist.
