Joe Stringer

Joe Stringer is a Principal Engineer at Isovalent at Cisco since September 2017, following Isovalent's acquisition by Cisco in April 2024. Joe previously worked at Cilium as a Project Co-Maintainer, and as a Senior Member Of Technical Staff at VMware. Joe also held positions at Google as a Software Engineering Intern and is currently a member of the eBPF Steering Committee at the eBPF Foundation. Joe graduated from The University of Waikato with a BCMS (Hons) degree in Networks in 2012.
