Sturgis Griffin III

Sturgis Griffin III has over 35 years of experience in the field of technology. Sturgis began their career in 1985 as a Wing Functional Manager/Superintendent for the United States Air Force. In 2008, they joined Jacobs Technology as a SharePoint/Database Admin, and was recognized by the DOD Inspector General for developing the best Defense Critical Infrastructure program and Antiterrorism program management tool within the DOD. In 2011, they moved to ISPA Technology, AC4S as a Site Lead/Sharepoint Developer/TRIM Administrator, where they led the first successful implementation of SharePoint for Records Management within the Department of Defense (DOD). In 2017, they joined ISPA Technology as a Site Lead, Software Engineer/ SharePoint SCA, leading a $2.4 million effort to develop the first ever external facing Web Site for the Preservation of Force and Family (POTFF). In 2019, they moved to Jacobs Technology as a Web Engineer, and in 2021 they joined USSOCOM as a Command Records Manager.

Sturgis Griffin III attended Saint Leo University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an Associate of Arts degree. Sturgis also graduated from Scotch Plains Fanwood High School in 1981.
