Lee Windsperger

Support Services Manager at iSpace Environments

Lee Windsperger is currently the Support Services Manager at iSpace Environments. Prior to this, Lee spent three years as the Managed Services Manager at MSpace. In this role, Lee was responsible for all services to MSpace clients after installation was completed. This included managing the Help Desk and providing Managed Services to all clients so that their systems were covered by the maintenance agreement that best fit their needs and budget.

As part of the management team at MSpace, Lee provided metrics to upper management and the team displaying the growth of MSpace Managed Services. Lee also developed and refined contracts and marketing materials for Managed Services offered to MSpace clients. Lee worked with sales people to close maintenance opportunities, which included accompanying them on client visits to talk about MSpace maintenance offerings.

Lee was also responsible for Vendor Relations. This included interfacing with manufacturer's reps to get current pricing, maintaining the price book, scheduling Lunch and Learns with reps, and representing MSpace at dealer meetings at InfoComm.

Lee Windsperger has a degree in Journalism with a focus in multimedia presentation from the University of Minnesota. They also have a degree in Theirtory and Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Morris.
