Jordan Jennings

Jordan Jennings began their career as a professional soccer player from September 2009 to January 2013. Transitioning into the corporate world, they worked as an Account Executive and Recruiter at Avvo from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they joined Skytap where they held various recruiting roles, focusing on engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and product development until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Highspot, initially as a Technical Recruiter, progressing to Lead Recruiter, and eventually becoming the Recruiting Manager for Product & Engineering. Currently, Jordan serves as the Senior Director of Recruiting at iSpot.tv, leading the company's recruiting efforts and collaborating closely with key executives to achieve hiring goals. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in building recruitment processes, coaching teams on best practices, and driving fair, efficient, and equitable hiring practices.

Jordan Jennings completed undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Seattle University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Washington for undergraduate studies in an unspecified field.
