Kate Mathewson has extensive experience in property management and investment, currently serving as Fund Manager for the ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust since May 2016. Prior to this role, Kate was the National Portfolio Manager at Jean Pierre Patisserie Pty Ltd from January 2012 to February 2016, and held the position of General Manager Operations for Retirement Living at Stockland from November 2010 to March 2012. Additionally, Kate worked as Regional Manager for Queensland and New South Wales at Colonial First State Property Management from January 2007 to February 2010, and was the Regional General Manager at Stockland from June 1998 to 2006.
