Ilana Rozenberg

Ilana Rozenberg is an experienced organizational development professional with a strong background in human resources and strategy. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Isracard since February 2019, Ilana has also held various roles such as Organizational Development Specialist and Manager at Hever Human Resources. With a focus on mapping HR technologies and improving organizational processes through Design Thinking, Ilana has developed comprehensive strategies to enhance employee experience in line with organizational goals. Prior experience includes consulting for an HR startup, providing strategic plans and implementation recommendations, and serving as an Organizational Development Consultant in the Israel Defense Forces, where data analysis and organizational diagnosis were key responsibilities. Ilana began the career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ness Technologies and holds an MBA in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
