Meytal Shalan

Meytal Shalan is an experienced Digital Project Manager at Isracard since 2003, focused on identifying business needs, formulating project documentation, and leading projects from requirements to implementation within the Business Division. Previous roles include Customer Service Team Leader, where Meytal managed a team of 20 representatives, and Customer Service Shift Manager and Representative. Meytal also served as a Human Resources Specialist for the Israeli Defense Forces from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, and additional certifications in IT Project Management and UX Planning & Design from John Bryce.
