Or Agadi Meller

Or Agadi Meller has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and organizational development. They currently hold the position of Head of Learning and OD at Isracard since October 2021. Prior to this, Or worked at Amdocs from 2014 to 2021, where they held various roles including Organizational Development Business Partner, Learning Business Partner, and Learning Development Manager. Before joining Amdocs, Or worked at Orange from 2004 to 2013 as a Learning Business Partner, where they managed the Instructional Design team. Overall, Or has a strong background in designing and implementing innovative learning programs and strengthening organizational capabilities.

Or Agadi Meller began their education in 2001 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Education. They completed their studies at Tel Aviv University in 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, Or attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Or has also attained several certifications. In October 2015, they received a Statement of Accomplishment for completing the course "Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management" from Coursera. In September 2020, Or obtained a certification for completing the course "Fundamentals of Change Management" from Udemy. Lastly, in May 2021, they received a certification in "Daniel Pink on Motivation" from LinkedIn.
