Tali Lael

Tali Lael currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Isracard since 2022. Prior to this role, Tali held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources of the engineering division at Bezeq International from June 2016 to December 2021. Tali's experience also includes serving as the Recruitment Department Manager at Strauss Group from 2014 to 2016 and as an HR Business Partner in a temporary position at Strauss Coffee B.V from September 2013 to April 2014. An extensive career at Orange spanned nearly a decade, where Tali progressed from initial positions in business customer service and the recruitment department to Human Resource Manager, Recruiter Team Leader, and Recruiter from 2002 to 2013. Tali Lael earned a BA in Human Resources and Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1999 and 2001.
