Eli Shemesh

Eli Shemesh has extensive experience in procurement, purchasing logistics, and project management. Eli started their career in 1989 as a Freelance Project Manager, where they served for a decade. In 2000, they joined LYA Hydraulics & Pneumatics Ltd. as a Purchasing Logistics Manager and worked there for three years. In 2003, they moved to I.E.S. Industries and served as the Purchasing Logistics Manager for a year. Since 2004, Eli has been working at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they have held various roles including Senior Suppliers Manager, Head of Offset and Subcontractors Department, Deputy Director of Purchasing and Logistics, and currently as the Director of Procurement.

Eli Shemesh has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 1986 and 1989. In 1999 and 2000, Shemesh pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Derby Online Learning. Currently, Shemesh is working towards a Bachelor's degree in General Studies at The Open University of Israel, which began in 2017 and is expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Shemesh holds a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from IPLMA ארגון מנהלי רכש ולוגיסטיקה בישראל, obtained in 2003.
