Lihi Shalem Zmirly

Lihi Shalem Zmirly has a diverse work experience. Lihi started their career in 2012 as an Air Traffic Controller in the Israeli Air Force, where they managed and controlled air traffic and participated in operational activities. In 2017, they worked as a Diagnostician at Ben-Gurion University, where they used a computerized system to diagnose candidates for higher education institutions. In 2019, they were a Learning and Development Coordinator at Unilever. Currently, Lihi works at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they have held various roles, including Strategic Recruitment Team Lead and Strategic Recruiter & Talent Sourcer.

Lihi Shalem Zmirly obtained a Master's degree in Organization Development from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2019. Prior to that, they studied psychology and education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2015 to 2018.
