Ron Monsonego

Ron Monsonego has an extensive work experience in various leadership positions within the IT and telecommunications industry. Ron is currently serving as the Head of IT & Communication at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries. Prior to this, they worked at Amdocs as the Regional Lead for SI Services in the EMEA region, where they successfully managed key programs and played a crucial role in the Digital Business Transformation program of Three Ireland. Ron also held the position of Global Head of Customer Success, Professional Services & IT Operations at Pontis, where they managed a global team and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Amdocs. Before that, they held leadership positions at EyesOnT, TTM Consulting, MX1, Comverse Technology Inc., Playtech, SintecMedia, and Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division, where they demonstrated their expertise in customer success, sales, and strategic account management. Ron has a proven track record of driving growth, managing successful projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Ron Monsonego earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1983 to 1986. Later, they attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology's Graduate School of Engineering & Management from 1993 to 1994. In addition, Ron has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in various fields such as cybersecurity awareness, sales management, digital transformation, and executive leadership, among others, in the year 2020.
