Ronit Donner

Ronit Donner has extensive work experience in the field of information systems and HRIS. Ronit is currently the Head of HRIS at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ELTA Systems Ltd for several roles including Director of Information Systems from November 2013 to November 2020, Head of Employment Department from October 2010 to October 2013, and Business Intelligence Team Leader Manager from August 2007 to September 2010. Additionally, they also served as an EIS Project Manager at ELTA Systems Ltd from July 1999 to June 2007, where they led cross-organizational projects and was responsible for developing modules and presenting systems to company management. Ronit Donner has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing teams, handling recruitment processes, and implementing strategic projects.

Ronit Donner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1991 to 1993. Ronit then pursued a Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1995 to 1996. In 2000, they studied System Analysis at John Bryce. Most recently, in 2018, Ronit attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology for the Senior Management Program for CIO, although the end year for this program is not specified.
