Tanya Halpert

Tanya Halpert (Mlodinov) has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a PMO - Student at ELTA, where they were responsible for project coordination and process improvement. Tanya then joined IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in 2012 as a Business Analyst, where they developed reports and dashboards for decision making. Later on, they became a Senior Product Manager & Business Analyst, solving complex client and business issues and assisting in translating business concepts to technology. Currently, Tanya is the Head of Product and Core Systems at IAI, overseeing information systems and solutions for manufacturing improvements.

Tanya Halpert (Mlodinov) received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a major in Information Systems, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2012. Tanya pursued further education and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Open University of Israel in 2016.
