Yael Ben Dror

Yael Ben Dror (Libson) has extensive work experience at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, starting in 2009. They began as a Robotics Project Manager, leading a team and managing a budget of over $2 million annually. They excelled in this role, overcoming various challenges and presenting at international conferences on Robotics R&D. In 2015, Yael transitioned to the position of R&D Manager, where they strategically planned future R&D programs and managed intellectual property and budget. In 2018, they became the Strategic Director, responsible for leading research, analysis, and composition of IAI's strategy. They motivated divisions to implement changes based on new work plans. In 2020, Yael became the Chief of Staff for Marketing, leading and managing marketing operations, building marketing strategies, and integrating sales plans. Currently, Yael is the Head of Business Development and Strategy at IAI, a position they started in 2022.

Yael Ben Dror (Libson) completed an MBA from Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2010. Yael also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
