Yossi Amar

Yossi Amar has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the aerospace and defense industry. Yossi is currently serving as the Supply Chain Security, Corporate Lead at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ELTA Systems Ltd as the Senior Mega-Program Manager, where they successfully managed a strategic proposal and executed a Mega-Program with a large budget. Yossi also has experience as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO at IAI, where they played a crucial role in driving the company's strategy and organizational transformation. Additionally, they worked as a Program Manager at MALAT Division, leading programs in the UAS domain and maintaining customer satisfaction. Yossi Amar's earlier experience includes working as the Deputy Manager Workshops Division at Taavura Holdings Ltd, where they analyzed key processes and developed computerized information systems. Yossi began their career as a Project Manager and Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing R&D projects and procurement activities.

Yossi Amar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2004. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Bar-Ilan University in 2010.
