Amir Gerber

Amir Gerber has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a financial analyst at Dead Sea Works within the ICL Group. Here, they were responsible for preparing and analyzing exposure reports for hedging and risk management purposes. Amir then transitioned to ICL Group, where they held various roles. From 2014 to 2016, Gerber served as the Executive Assistant to the ICL President & CEO, managing top management meetings and performing administrative tasks. In 2016, they became the Polysulphate business lead, responsible for establishing and implementing market strategies and leading business and market development. From 2020 to 2022, Gerber served as the Specialty Fertilizers Marketing & Portfolio Director, leading the marketing and product management of specialty fertilizers lines. Currently, they hold the position of VP Marketing & Portfolio Management & IL commercial at ICL Growing Solutions.
