Julia Eifel is a seasoned professional in the field of food technology and innovation, currently serving as a Senior Front-End Innovation Analyst at ICL Group since April 2020. Prior to this role, Julia was a Project Manager at ICL Food Specialties from September 2014 to March 2020 and worked as an Associate Scientist in Carotenoid Formulation at DSM from January 2011 to August 2014. Julia also gained experience during a master's thesis at Südzucker and a bachelor's thesis at BASF, both focusing on food application and nutrition ingredients. Julia holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Trier, supplemented by studies at Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie.
