Liron Nimrodi

Liron Nimrodi is an experienced leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as VP CDA at ICL Group since February 2025. Liron co-founded Zero Egg LTD in May 2018 and served as CEO until January 2025, securing $13 million in funding and pioneering the plant-based egg category with a successful product launch. Previous roles include Head of Global Product Department at SodaStream International, where Liron established a product innovation strategy, and Head of Business Growth & Innovation in the Snacks division at Osem Nestle, reversing a decade-long decline in snack sales. Liron began as a Brand Manager at Osem Nestle and Meditrend, and started a career in the food industry as a Food Engineer at Universal Network Ltd. Liron holds a B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from Technion and an MBA in Financial & Marketing Management from Tel Aviv University.
