Prashasti Upadhyay

Prashasti Upadhyay has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Prashasti is currently the Head HR at ICL Group, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, Prashasti worked as a Talent Development Manager at Yara International from August 2019 to April 2022. Prashasti also served as an HR Business Partner at Tata Chemicals from February 2016 to July 2019 and as a Recruiter at Aditya Birla Group from December 2013 to February 2016. Prashasti began their career as an Assistant Manager- HR at Jaiprakash Associates Limited, where they worked from June 2009 to December 2013.

Prashasti Upadhyay has a diverse education history. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Jaypee University of Information Technology. Prashasti then attended Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. In 2018, they attended the same institution for a short duration to focus on HR Analytics. Recently, in 2021, they completed a certification as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas Assessment Pvt. Ltd. Prashasti also has a qualification in Intermediate from St.Johns School, although the dates are not available.
