Ran Kagan

Ran Kagan is a highly experienced mining professional with over 15 years of expertise in the field, currently serving as the Mine Operations Manager at ICL Group since February 2017. In this role, Kagan oversees operations at the Rotem Phosphate Mine, managing mining activities, geological data, and safety protocols. Previously, Kagan held positions including Mine Manager & Senior Geologist at ICL Group and Raw Materials Geologist at Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd., where responsibilities included geological data management, GIS database creation, and budget planning. Kagan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology/Earth Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
