Reut Twito

Reut Twito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, HR, and community relations. Currently serving as the Global Business Operations Lead and PMO at ICL Group since January 2016, Reut is responsible for leading KPI management processes and collaborating with upper management to drive growth and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Reut worked as the Wellbeing Manager for the HR department, supporting over 1000 employees across two sites. Reut's previous experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at BDO and holding various managerial positions at ADI, where responsibilities included community relations, social services, and HR management. Reut holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
