Ziv Kohav has extensive experience in innovation, business development, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Open Innovation Lead at ICL Group since January 2020, Ziv has also held positions such as Manager of Portfolio Management and Governance and Manager of External Innovation within the same organization. Prior to this, Ziv was the Business Development Manager at ICL Innovation Ltd., where strategic partnerships in applied chemistry were facilitated. Ziv founded and led ZED Innovation, emphasizing technology innovation services, and also managed roles in precision agriculture, international sales, and marketing for multiple organizations, including Sagiv, Asis-Pro, and Rotlex. Ziv holds an Executive MBA from Ben-Gurion University, a Bachelor's in Economics from The Open University of Israel, and an Associate's Degree in Electronics from Western Galilee College.
