Zoe Goodchild

Zoe Goodchild currently serves as the Environmental and Sustainability Manager at ICL Group, having transitioned to this role in November 2023. Previously, Zoe worked as a SHEQ Compliance Officer at Industrial Chemicals Ltd from July 2016 to March 2022, overseeing the Port Clarence site and ensuring compliance across the Newcastle site. Experience also includes a tenure as a Health and Safety Officer at Koppers Inc., where responsibilities focused on enhancing the health and safety culture on site. Early career roles included positions as a Student Environmental Health Officer at both Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Scarborough Borough Council, conducting health and safety inspections and providing compliance support to various businesses. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Health from Northumbria University and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
