Michal Zarfati

Michal Zarfati is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade, specializing in human resources management and organizational development. Since September 2018, Michal has been self-employed as an HR Manager, focusing on employee recruitment, training structures, and feedback processes. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Noah Technologies LTD. and MediWound, where Michal established HR frameworks and procedures for companies in business advisory and biotechnology, respectively.
