Shosh Merchav

Shosh Merchav, PhD., MBA, serves as a Life Sciences Evaluator at the Israel Innovation Authority since December 2014 and is the CEO of Multifacet BioSolutions Ltd. since February 2013, specializing in early-stage project development in the biotech sector. Previous roles include Director of Oncology and Cell Therapy Projects at Teva Innovative Ventures and Senior Manager for Oncology Projects at Teva Global Branded Products. Additionally, Shosh Merchav held the position of General Manager and Director of Research and Operations at ViaCell Singapore, where the R&D subsidiary was initiated. A former Senior Lecturer and Head of the Hematopoiesis Unit at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Shosh Merchav has contributed significantly to the field with over 35 peer-reviewed publications. Educational credentials include a PhD in Medical Sciences from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
