Tanya Poliak

Tanya Poliak is a Major in the Israeli Air Force, serving as the Human Resources, Operations & Logistics Officer since January 2018, where involvement includes decision-making and policy formulation in HR development and logistics. Tanya manages a team of approximately 20 HR and logistics personnel. As the Sales Director at מעוף משאבי אנוש since January 2022, previous experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources at Galei Tzahal from 2015 to 2018, focusing on recruitment and mentorship, and as a Human Resources & Training Officer in the Israeli Air Force from 2008 to 2015, overseeing HR functions at the flight school and personnel department. Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and Dance from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, earned between 1999 and 2003.
