Jun Frank

Jun Frank is an Executive Director at ISS Corporate Solutions advisory group. He advises clients based on the West Coast and Asia on corporate governance, executive compensation, shareholder engagement, and environmental and social matters. Jun brings with him unique experience, having served in research leadership roles at two of the world’s largest proxy advisers, ISS and Glass Lewis. In 2008, he was named a “Rising Star of Corporate Governance” by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management.

He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. with concentrations in corporate finance and investments from the University of Notre Dame.
