Stephen James

Stephen James joined ISS Corporate Solutions in 2014 as the Head of the corporate business in EMEA and APAC. Before joining ICS in London, Stephen headed the Corporate Solutions team at NASDAQ OMX for 8 years where he assisted European issuers with the execution of their investor relations programs, targeting and perception projects, messaging via newswires, and multimedia and access to governance tools for the Board of Directors. Prior to NASDAQ, Stephen performed the same role for the London Stock Exchange and has been assisting corporate issuers with investor relations and governance advisory solutions for over 15 years.
