Jenni Heinisuo has a significant amount of experience in various leadership positions within the IT industry. Jenni is currently serving as the CIO at ISS Palvelut, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elenia as the CIO from March 2018 to February 2022. During this time, they played a crucial role in leading ICT, Enterprise architecture, and Cyber Security, with a focus on enabling business transformation.
Before their time at Elenia, Jenni held multiple positions at VR Track Oy, including Head of IT from June 2012 to February 2018. During this role, they focused on creating a cooperative model between business and ICT and successfully modernized ICT in domestic businesses. Jenni also served as Head of IT and Communications from July 2016 to August 2017, where they led digitalization and mobilization efforts for the business. Prior to VR Track Oy, they worked at VR Group as Head of IT, Fleetcare, and Maintenance from March 2014 to April 2016, where they enabled fleet maintenance and engineering business through ICT services.
Jenni also has experience as an ICT Service Manager at Destia from March 2007 to August 2011, where they coordinated IT services production and development. Additionally, they worked on project assignments in ICT projects at Tieliikelaitos from June 2003 to March 2007, and as a Team-leader and promotor at Pointer Group in the Tampere region from September 2000 to April 2002.
Overall, Jenni Heinisuo has extensive experience in driving business transformation and modernizing ICT platforms in various organizations.
Jenni Heinisuo obtained a Master of Science (M Sc) degree in Information and Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology, from 1999 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Business Technology Standard v. 4.5 Green Card, Länsi- ja Sisä-Suomen alueellinen maanpuolustuskurssi nro 25/2019, Elements of AI, Occupational Safety Card, CIMP from ICT Academy for Business, and ITIL Foundations V3. The years of obtaining these certifications are also provided.
