Maria Pajamo

Maria Pajamo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Chair of the Board at Kiinteistötyönantajat ry (KITA), starting in 2024. Maria is also a Board Member at Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto EK – Confederation of Finnish Industries, starting in 2024, and at Eezy Oyj, starting in 2023.

In their previous positions, Maria Pajamo held the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at ISS Palvelut since October 2021. Maria served as the Head of Human Resources & Communications at Esperi Care Oy from August 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they held various roles at Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Bakery & Confectionery, including Head of Human Resources, Head of HR Service Delivery team, and Head of Human Resources.

Maria Pajamo also has extensive board experience, having served as a Board Member at TPI Control Oy since January 2021 and at Efima Oy as the Head of Human Resources from September 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, they are a Member of the Work and Education Committee (Työ, koulutus ja osaaminen valiokunta) at Keskuskauppakamari (Finland Chamber of Commerce) since January 2023.

Maria Pajamo obtained a Master of Psychology degree from the University of Turku, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In 1997, they also earned a certification as a Certified professional in psychological occupational assessment from the Finnish Psychological Association. Additionally, Maria obtained a certification as a Work community mediator from the University of Helsinki in 2018.
