Rafał Skrzydeł

Rafał Skrzydeł is a seasoned Senior IT PMO Lead and Portfolio Manager at ISS A/S since May 2022, specializing in managing a global portfolio exceeding DKK 120M while ensuring standardized project delivery and effective governance. Prior to this role, Rafał served as EMEA IT PMO Lead at MetLife, where responsibilities included implementing project management practices and enhancing visibility within the regional IT portfolio. Rafał's experience also encompasses positions at Raiffeisen Polbank and Credit Suisse, focusing on financial control and project management. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Narodowy Bank Polski and Citi, as well as managing a nationwide online educational project at Komandor S.A. Rafał holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Warsaw University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from Politechnika Częstochowska.
