Solomon Karmegam

Solomon Karmegam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Programme Director at ISS A/S since July 2019, Solomon focuses on transforming skills, engaging opportunities, and creating leaders to drive success. Additional roles include PMO Director and Transformation Director at Guidepoint, alongside positions as a Business Consultant at GLG and Guidepoint. Previously, Solomon held executive positions as Chief Executive Officer at Rowan Tree Hotels and Orkin Pest Control, and served as Business Head for the Education Sector at Sodexo.
