Paola Falchi

Paola Falchi has held various finance and leadership roles throughout their career. Paola started in 2008 as a Financial Controller at Bracco until 2011 when they moved on to become the Finance Director for France at Alfa Wassermann. At Alfa Wassermann, they managed the Finance department and was responsible for implementing SAP and building annual budgets and forecasts. In 2018, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Corporate Finance Director for EMEA. Paola'smost recent position is the Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Issey Miyake, starting in 2020.

Paola Falchi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, which they obtained between 1995 and 2000. Paola also has an Executive MBA with a major in Luxury from HEC Paris, where they studied from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Paola has pursued further education in Business Strategy at Harvard Business School, which they will complete in 2023. Paola is also a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained this certification from Università degli Studi di Cagliari in 2004.
